The best high chair for the urban home

After playing around with another folding high chair I decided to invest in this one and I regret not having done it sooner! As someone who lives in a small city apartment, space has a special value. I am delighted with this high chair. It's not as easy to fold as some others on the market, but it's still easy and you'll quickly get the hang of how to fold in two steps. Sometimes the footrest will cling to the tray when you open it, but that's not a bad thing. The seat cushion doesn't rub as easily as leatherette seats, but that's okay. It repels water but also stains things like tomato-based products. However, compared to other high chairs, it is very easy to remove and throw in the wash. The altitude isn't terrible, but not surprising. I was hoping it would be higher as our dining table is the same height as the counter. The high chair tray ends about 3 inches lower than the table at its highest height. It's not that important. When I bought it I was nervous that the tray would be too small. It doesn't, and the lack of a really defined outer lip doesn't seem to be an issue. If your child wants to throw something off the tray, it will happen. Our EZPZ plates and bowls fit easily. I was also nervous about the fact that the seat is too small. My 20 month old baby sits comfortably in it with room to grow. Overall this is an amazing small footprint high chair, both folded and open. It's modern and stylish, yet fully functional. I would buy it again!
