Review on Men'S Skinny-Fit Comfort Stretch Jean By Goodthreads - Look & Feel Your Best! by Don Acevedo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very slim stretch pants. Low rise but comfortable, good stretch, seem well made, good sizing.

I like these a lot after searching to replace old slim-taper fit Levi 522's. One caveat is that due to low rise, if you bend over without a belt and/or long t-shirt, you may be baring some crack. They are "skinny jeans" just like they made them in the 80's (don't ask why I know). The material is thinner than Levis given they offer more stretch so I assume less denim, more Elastane. For some reason the washed black are much tighter than the light blue. But after wearing they did stretch out just enough to fit comfortably. They are not $100 jeans so they are lighter, made for styling not as work wear (less durable), but also cheaper and for me they are perfect casual daily wear. I decided to buy a second pair in the two colors I liked best. If you have ebay Prime, try Prime Wardrobe and test them out for 7 days. If you like them, keep them and pay but if not just return them and try something else. It's hard to go wrong.

Pros
  • Superior fit without being too tight, providing a flattering look
Cons
  • Might not be suitable for individuals who prefer a more formal or dressy style
