First I want to say that I love the design and it's so cute. When he arrived he wasn't working. I contacted support and received a replacement within 24 hours (don't worry, there must be some defects). The new one works as soon as I set it up. It does a good job of adding mist to the air and has different tiers. Today was the first day in a week that I didn't wake up with a cold. I highly recommend it. Did I mention it's CUTE?!?!
