This arrived ripped at the seam, not just a ripped seam! Really shredded! And the layers of tulle are not straight like in the photo, but tufts of tulle in the shape of a diamond, like a flame. It is also impossible for it to fit 4T to 10 years unless your child is wearing an adult oversized skirt! He actually has a 27+ inch waist with a fully relaxed and unstretched elastic band. 😳 We need it in 2 days and now I don't have time to order a new one so it's a waste of money and LOTS of time. Go buy supplies to make one like the one in the photo!
