This platform has been very helpful for my small business as it allows me to manage all of our reviews across multiple platforms.

They have also helped us maintain a positive feedback rating by providing customer service when we need them most! Nothing at this time. I would rate this tool highly because they really do care about your success and making sure you are getting the support/help you need along the way. We were able to track new reviews, monitor existing ones, and even see where customers had come from if not through one of our marketing efforts.
