Review on 🚀 Air Hogs Star Trek U.S.S Enterprise NCC-1701-A: Remote Control Drone with Lights & Sounds, 2.4GHz, 4 Channel by Darren Cole

I'm pretty sure these drones were probably returned and then resold. I ordered the first one and when I received it I found that one of the motors was not working. It's OK, is it happening? So I called the number provided for the manufacturer and they said that they stopped selling this model some time ago (2016) and that they don't have any spare parts nor can they help me (due to an unauthorized third party). seller) they were very helpful and did everything they could to let me know. I request an exchange through Amazon and get exactly the same model except the wing is obviously broken and glued back together. Decided to send it back and ask for a refund. I have returned both boxes, one has been received and the second (which I have requested a refund for) is still claiming not to have been received and they will not process my return until they have received it. Since I sent them both out at the same time, I can't believe they only received the ones I exchanged. I don't have a number to contact the seller and I'm hoping this is just a processing delay. Will update once I get my refund or if I have any issues with it. In my opinion. It sure looks cool just to be on display, but the point was to be able to fly it and enjoy this corporate drone to the fullest. Disappointed to say the least.
