I'm a 5ft 5in female with a typical head size but plump cheeks (I always have trouble with glasses because the lenses touch my cheek when I laugh). I also wear glasses and tend to have neck pain. I had headaches from the original Quest 2 headset due to the weight it placed on the front of my face - no better or worse than taking my glasses off or using the plastic goggle gaps that came with the original headphones. Bought and only used it for a few days but it's a big improvement. The weight is more balanced at the back of the head (it took a lot of fiddling to get the strap to the perfect spot where it balances the weight. So much easier to adjust than the original headset straps. I use cpap for sleeping and want it to fit just like this headset I had a problem with the assembly I watched the video and studied the instructions and was completely stumped until I found out that you have to turn the bet on the wheel to follow steps 2 and 3 The straps go on the Sides out so you can attach the adapters.
