Purchased in July 2013. This hammock is just divine. The colors are so fun and vibrant! These hammocks are handmade and they are so cool we bought another one. They can face almost any direction and still have room for your spouse and maybe a small child or two AND your pet! I fell asleep curled up for an hour the other day. It was so pleasant that I just nodded off. I see some people using them to sleep. When it's a bit chilly outside, I put a blanket on the hammock and curl up in it with a pillow from the couch. I want to tell you how much we love our hammocks. Just buy it and write your review! Please take good care of your hammock. We never leave it outside when not in use and make sure it's not exposed to inclement weather (it rains a lot in Seattle). Colors can run. We actually store them internally when not in use. They are not exposed to sunlight or moisture. We never have trouble getting out of the hammock as some people have noted in other reviews. These reviews confuse me. Of course you have to keep it open to enter. This is not a hammock that has a pole at either end holding it open. I also don't understand people who can't figure out how to stay in a hammock. Just be careful and remember that you need to use your balance and keep an eye on the tension points on the hammock while in it. If I have any issues with this I'll update my review, but I hope you have to.
