Quality is good, runs small
Bought for a Halloween costume for my sons. It was a pretty solid 2T back then and it was very difficult. Feels more like 18 or 24 months. Definitely don't lean to the big 2/3T side like the label suggests. However, it went well with his suit and I will keep them for my youngest son.
