Review on πŸ“± Thankscase Rotating Case Stand Cover with Pencil Holder, Wallet Pocket, Hand Strap for iPad Air 10.5" (3rd Gen) / iPad Pro 10.5, 2019 (Rose Gold) by Steven Chiumento

Almost perfect for tablet accessories

Pros: Nice, cheap (looks decent for the price) - $8 rose gold and somewhat protective compared to my triple case. I feel a little safer tossing it in my bag. The lid may have lightweight foam inside. It doesn't feel like it adds weight as there isn't a lot of plastic. (weight evenly distributed) somehow my triple fold feels heavier despite being twice as thick. This case has a pen holder that will also work if you have a short pencil on top (however, it may NOT work with a full pencil cover if you don't force it in, but that will stretch the elastic). The magnetic clasp is pretty tight. It can get in the way when the tablet is open in landscape mode, but you can fold it back and attach a magnet to the back to keep it out of the way. With the lid closed, a pencil still fits in a full-grip suit (outside the elastic but hidden between the iPad and the strong magnetic pull-tab). If you don't have a pen in your hands, an elastic pen holder will do. You can keep the pencil there when you close the lid or even when the case is open and in use. This cover includes 2 useful horizontal views and 1 portrait view from the stand (DURABLE - even when I highlight with a pencil by pressing the screen it doesn't fold like my triple case). Cutouts are perfect. You can easily use the camera and charging ports. There's also a small strap handle to hold the tablet when the lid is fully open - flipped back. + a small compartment for a card, emergency money or a small bill. A very effective case. Nearly perfect! Cons: 1) The extra volume is for example 2x more than one of those 3x sleeves. 2) NO smart case function 3) Worst of all, I hate that piece of plastic that holds the iPad! It's a VERY cheap hard plastic that holds the iPad in place (it seems to scratch the edges of my iPad when I take it out or put it on. I like to change cases from time to time as it's quite bulky ). I can bend and break my iPad trying to pull it out because it's a struggle! Conclusion: Very effective coverage. However, as it can scratch the edges of your iPad, I would only recommend this case if you stick to some sort of case or if you don't care about scratching the edges of your iPad with the ability to flex the iPad for so long as you carelessly extrude it. All that's missing is the keyboard. But for the price, this case fully deserves 3.8 stars. If only the case holder had soft edges like my Triple Cover.+ Smart Feature
