It took me a while to figure out how to put it on and take it off without endlessly twisting the straps. When I realized that, I felt like I was in a straitjacket. Too small to comfortably wear a light sweatshirt and would be almost impossible to wear over a winter jacket - so I planned on using it for night outings. It might have worked well over minimal running clothes if the wearer was a lot smaller than me (I'm about a size 14), but it wouldn't have worked for me over my winter coat. Also, the straps are very flimsy and will break out of the connectors that attach them to the flashlight as the connectors have a slot for some reason. Too much work to sit down and get comfortable. Bad overall design. Just sent my return.
