We were looking for a solution to pump water from our fresh water jugs into our RV's fresh water tank (we only have a 40 gallon tank so we're bringing extra water from the period with from time to time during boandocking). This pump is perfect for pumping water from our 4 6 gallon jugs. Quick release, a powerful motor, a case for easy storage - all this is perfect for what we need. We've used it 4-5 times this summer and it worked great, no leaks. We are very happy that we found something that fits our situation well. We had to go through a few different pumps and solutions before we found this one. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the same thing! By the way, it may not be "officially" approved for freshwater, but it works for us. We never drink from our fresh water tank anyway. We always bring a case of bottled water to put in the fridge :)
