I was hesitant to purchase this loaf pan, but it was a great decision! As a result of my tests, i determined that this nonstick pan is perfect for baking bread, with a durable and even heat distribution. The ease of cleaning also makes it a lifesaver for any busy baker. The only minor drawback I can see is the size which may be too small for some larger loaf recipes.Overall, this is a fantastic addition to any home and kitchen..
