Review on ATIKA Men's Lightweight Athletic Outdoor Sandals: Comfortable and Versatile Footwear by Draek Villareal

I bought these sandals for ocean walks. I collect shark shells and teeth and need to protect my food from "sharp objects" on the sea floor. I needed to replace a pair of ten year old Tevas and thought I'd order Tevas because I was looking for them. It's a pity that I was tired when ordering and did not notice that fakes were displayed in the search parameters. The sole of these sandals has a distinct texture that gives the feeling that the shoes are covered with sand and stones. Very uncomfortable on the soles of my feet. And the main Velcro strap that runs across the top of the foot to keep the shoe in place is so short that it barely connects when I put the sandals on. (Unlike my Tevas which had a much longer and more secure top strap). I'll see how these sandals hold up, but I doubt they'll last as long as my old Tevas. Yes they are cheaper in every way but be sure you know what you are ordering.
