Purchased to relieve ligament pain that occurred at my 5th month of pregnancy and makes walking painful. I had the product for a few days and it helped a little. At the end of the day I don't have as much pain as I used to and I can walk more easily. The instruction card that came with the belt was very poorly translated into English from another language. A lot of what was on the menu was nonsense in English. The writing was so small that it was very difficult to read. However, figuring out how to put it on is pretty easy. After a few days of wearing, the strap that goes across the back and the velcro on the front seems to have mostly stretched and doesn't match the front as well. I have to be very careful that all the velcro is attached to the front of the belt or I'll get scratched. Also, I had to readjust the velcro after sitting for several hours because it was separating from the front of the strap and starting to scratch.
