Bought for my daughter and she loves it! i love ruffles The "off the shoulder" with straps was perfect for my tall (4ft 11in, 100lbs) 10 year old. The gathering around the waist gave a nice crease. The length is just above the ankle and that is normal. Paired with a pair of pretty flats.
