These socks are great for running. I can tell the difference when running in a different pair of running socks. This is my second time ordering these socks. I'm very picky about the socks I wear when I work out. I only use them for running because of the high price, but it's worth it. These socks fit according to the size chart (I order one size smaller than other socks I order). I order medium where I usually order large (shoe size = 10). Also, if you order a large size, please note that the size is printed on the bottom of the sock with S, M, L, not which foot it fits. You won't regret paying a little more for these socks.
