The cable is too short for the iPad Pro 12.9 2018

I haven't checked, since I've plugged it in I can charge the iPad Pro, but it depends on the tablet. I didn't have any other cables connected and was concerned that the weight of the extra cables would make it uncomfortable to leave this unit hanging in the air. You'll need to find a hub that connects to the ports themselves or has a longer cable.
