Excellent quality adapter

Bought this for my iPad Pro (2018) and it works great. The materials are high quality and the sleek design is exactly what I was looking for. Recommend!

No longer works in USB hubs

Minimal use over time, good electronics care but it keeps shutting down. Tried with different computers/cables etc but to no avail. Listen to the reviews with caution, I wish I had. money down the drain. I find that I am unable to buy more and more items on Amazon as the quality degrades over time. Its convenience no longer outweighs its poor quality issues. And it's a poorly made product.

The cable is too short for the iPad Pro 12.9 2018

I haven't checked, since I've plugged it in I can charge the iPad Pro, but it depends on the tablet. I didn't have any other cables connected and was concerned that the weight of the extra cables would make it uncomfortable to leave this unit hanging in the air. You'll need to find a hub that connects to the ports themselves or has a longer cable.

Awesome little dock for my iPad Pro

I bought to use with my new iPad Pro 12.9 and regular computer hardware. In combination with a power supply of the appropriate power level (60W or higher), it works perfectly as it should. Connect the monitor with an HDMI cable and a stick, the image on the screen will be displayed in the same way as the sound on the monitor. If the external monitor doesn't have speakers, the iPad won't play sound through the speakers. To get around this, I recommend connecting multiple USB speakers to theโ€ฆ

What I need for USB hubs

Ordered a Satechi Slim Aluminum Type-C V2 Multiport Adapter for my 2018 MacBook Pro. It's lightweight yet durable. I keep it plugged into my MacBook Pro all the time, unless I need to pack it for travel. So far it has worked well with my external hard drive. I chose this model over other models because it also has SD/Micro SD ports. They come in handy for importing images or videos captured with a DSLR or GoPro Hero. I recently watched some videos on my TV via the HDMI port, the device heats up
