While all protein shakes recommend a good shake, this one requires an extra shake, but even that isn't enough. Normal shaking will leave a large lump, vigorous shaking will leave a little less. And it's even worse if you chill it first. Way worse than other protein shakes I've tried. The taste is a bit bland, but maybe it's because the taste gets stuck in the curd? And I really thought that maybe I have a product that is about to expire but the expiration date on the boxes is December 2020. I took a chance as I had never heard of this brand before, I will be returning to my other brands.
