Review on XXGO by Mike Cooper

I was looking for tools and supplies for house improvement when I stumbled upon XXGO's website and immediately had high expectations for the company. Having said that, my interactions with their team of customer support representatives have left me feeling extremely let down. After placing an order for various components and accessories for power tools, I discovered that the shipment would not be arriving for several additional days. I tried to get an update from their customer service staff, but the responses I received were unhelpful, and they didn't seem very concerned about my situation. In addition, when my purchase arrived, I found that some of the components were missing, and others had been broken in the process of shipping. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service team in order to resolve the problem, but I was met with lengthy wait times and agents who were unresponsive. In general, dealing with XXGO's customer support was an ordeal that was both irritating and time-consuming for me. Despite the fact that they may have a respectable assortment of tools and supplies for home improvement, I am unable to endorse this business due to the unattentive and unhelpful manner in which they interact with their clients.
