I've been using the Sunbeam Hospitality hair dryer for 10 years now and I love it. I thought I would replace him because he's getting old. Big mistake. After using it for a month and not being able to return it, I will donate it to charity. It's a lot bigger and heavier than my other one and I'm at the age where I need something smaller and lighter. My biggest complaint, however, is the heat. I have thin hair and even a slow pace. too hot for my head. I have to use a cold spray to dry my hair. Very disappointed in a product that used to be my favorite.
