Soft and mostly pliable
I'm a soft tissue lover and this mask is a treat! The fabric side feels comfortable for those of us with sensitivity issues. It freezes fairly quickly and is mostly malleable while frozen. This thing is terribly cold when it freezes! I have to remove it after a few seconds when I use it because it's so cold! I might end up buying them for gifts during the spooky holiday exchange.
