The team are very experienced with all aspects from strategy planning through execution. We have been able run multiple programs at once so there was no downtime or issues during our implementation period - which we needed as it's an ongoing program for us! I had heard that this service could take longer than others but their efficiency has made up any time lost by working smartly around your business needs rather then just getting things done quickly (which would mean less money!). There were some initial hiccups when trying out different platforms/toolsets etc., however these got ironed over pretty quick after consulting them directly via email / phone call.
