I am very pleased with look and feel of this backpack. some say it is surprisingly small and that is why i decided to get it. I need place for cell and wallet and car keys. and I hate bags (need my hands free things).The only annoyance is straps are SOOO long. the back pack if not well weighted with stuff basically falls off the shoulders. there is no way to shorten them any more. i solved that with braiding them together. Still giving it 5 stars.
