Lining holds hat and mittens in place

I ordered this for the Wichtelmann for a 3 year old girl. The kit that was sent to me stated that it was for children aged 4 to 7. I sent it anyway as it was well made and colorful and I figured the boy could probably wear it and hopefully grow into it for years to come. I liked the lining of the hat and hope it fits and keeps the little girl warm in this polar weather.

EASY TO PUT ON AND STAY IN: The hat features either a Velcro chin strap or braided tassels for attachment depending on the size chosen, making it easy to put on and ensure a secure fit on your child's head, no matter the size he is playing outside or sitting in a wheelchair.
