I just had to go to the stationery store to buy a chair mat. Instead I figured I'd save time and send the rug to myself. Big mistake! They sent the carpet in a roll which is cheap and ridiculous. I used to buy chair mats and they were always flat. Definitely took both my husband and I to roll out the rug - I don't think one person can do it alone. After putting the mat back in place, we found that it didn't lay flat. The carpet is now a trip hazard and completely unusable. I have asked for a refund multiple times only to receive an apology from this seller. Save time, money and hassle by simply driving to your local office supply store.
