I have ordered them before. They looked good but too small. I really wanted to put them on, so I tried my best, like "OJ", to put my paw-like hands in, and I knew I'd burn my fingers if I managed to and permanently lose the ability to put mine hands to use when I leave them. So I ordered them in a size larger. Received them today, just in time for a very cold day here in Washington. thank you You are really chic in the outfit. They really are as shiny as the picture and quite warm. They are as soft as any good leather product I have ever owned. All I know is I'll lose them on the subway like the last three couples.
