I just installed using the adhesive onto a small wooden door, which had an old magnetic attachment that was not holding well. It seems to be holding the door shut. It comes with 5 small screws in case you don’t want to use the adhesive. My main problem with the adhesive is that it was sticking to my fingers, and I had to be careful to make it stick to the magnetic plates, and not my fingers. Don’t order the same size as what you measured. Order it a little bigger. As you can see they move a little with my fan on and they tend to close a couple of inches making the light come through a little. I’ve had this backpack for about 4 months. I’m a case worker so I carry a 1 inch folder plus a 11’ laptop with a laptop glove. These two items alone barely fit. I also carry a small planner with me and it’s very tough to fit, I usually carry it rather than stuffing anymore in the back pack. The middle pocket holds my laptop charger and pens and paper clips, mind you they are pushed forward from the binder and laptop in the main pocket. Everything fits way too tight.
