You'll pay more, but please go to Walmart and buy a few sets of Oneida. It's not awful, so I gave it a few stars. It's not sturdy. With my works, neuropathic hands I could easily bend any of these. The pattern of hammered steel, I got because I had some in that design from Oneida, just over the years I've lost some from my set. These new ones are so cheap looking! And I my one sided. There are probably more sturdy/hefty sets out there, but the value on this is outstanding. That being said, you're not going to break a spoon easily. Service for 12 means you can use a lot before washing! I also liked that this set came with matching serving pieces. I might not use them often, but I have a matching set when needed. Definitely recommend.

We have a family of five and one set is plenty for us. The silverware doesn't easily bend and it is better than any silverware we've had (in staying in it's same shape) and we are a tough crowd.

At the price I thought this might be cheap feeling light silverware. It isn't - it's heavy and seems to be well made. It's doing fine going through the dishwasher. I really like it a lot. The only drawback is not being able to order open stock. I would add another 8 teaspoons as that's what we use the most. All in all, it's a great everyday silverware set and it brightens up the table.

I absolutely love these. Moved into a new place recently and I wanted a matching set of silverware so I bought these. So far they have held up great with no signs of ware from the dishwasher and they are sturdy. One of the things I like most about this set is how the hammered grooves in the handles make it almost sparkle with how the light shines on it. This silverware is so heavy duty and beautiful! I finally got rid of my old, mismatched silverware for these. I definitely chose the right design for me. Love it!

These are very pretty, bright and shiny and a classic look. Well packaged and arrived quickly. I was a little disappointed that they are lighter than I expected, but I still think they were a good value considering the price paid. Time will tell how they stand up to use.

I shopped around for weeks before biting the gullet and buying these. I seen these several times throughout my search and eventually came back to them and I am so glad I did. They are beautiful, lightweight but sturdy. They have been through my dishwasher 3-4 times now and have kept their shine and are still free from scratches. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

Bought several of this set for parties to avoid using plastic utensils, but I was saddened to find that each utensil came wrapped in an individual plastic bag and each set came in bubble wrap- the amount of plastic packaging seemed so unnecessary. The utensils themselves are a bit thin (see photo) but should do well enough for a casual party set, and the serving utensils are quite nicely sized. I wanted more serving sets of my current Onieda pattern and the price had jumped a great deal. I found this pattern that is nearly identical and it was a 3rd of the price and included a full serving set. Very happy with this purchase!

I recently purchased a set of silverware and wanted serving set to match. Sturdy, comfort to use and very attractive. Extremely pleased.! These match perfectly. Great value.

Love them mostly! Esp.thst I found a 12 place setting with extra serving utensils. The only complaint I have is the forks. Compared to my old one the bigger fork is.the size of my small ones. The small ones are really miniature, almost like forks for toddlers. If they fix that the set would be perfect. Still not bad for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got this dinnerware in. They are dishwasher safe, very durable, and the style is fabulous! They are definitely the best set I’ve ever had. I get compliments every time we have guest too!

Not quite as hefty as they look, except the knives, but still an amazing deal for what you get. Less importantly, I wouldn't describe the finish "hammered" as much as I would "giraffe". We still love them though!
