Slim, stylish and precise!

For many years, my wife used the kitchen scale that her mother gave her when her mother attended the famous Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France. This is an absolute workhorse of magnitude and a well known French brand. The only problem is that it only weighs grams. Having started cooking over the past few years, I'm tired of converting to pounds. I needed a scale that could change dimensions and a scale that could weigh something heavier. This scale seemed like the perfect solution. Now that I use them I'm happy to report that they are just as good (better) than the expensive French scales I used to use and best of all I read in g, kg, lb : oz, fl oz , ml I compared its accuracy to an expensive French model and found the readings to be exactly the same. In addition, they were faster than French scales when measuring. Another reason I chose this scale was its "tare" feature, which resets the weight of something (like an empty bowl you put on it) so you're only measuring the ingredients you put in the Add bowl after bowl is zeroed (this is the meaning of the word "tare"). An added benefit I've found is that if you place the bowl on the scale before turning it on, the scale will automatically reset to zero. bowl weight. Considering that these scales are also rechargeable, that's an eco-friendly plus for them. Finally, the ability to measure up to 33 pounds makes this scale extremely useful when preparing food in the kitchen on a large scale. The scale is attractive, easy to read and compact. I can't think of anything they could do better!
