I already love this item. I was planning on letting my husband use it to train our 6 year old for better soccer coordination and control, but I see it would be great for soccer, football and basketball training too. I'm so glad I chose this company because I got not only the ladder but also other free stuff. Cones are handy. My husband will also coach from now on, so we plan to do it for the whole team. My son and I have trained with him before and it's definitely a challenge so that's what I want. I can see it will help him control his legs and definitely improve his coordination on the field and in the gym to enhance. I've used this on hardwood floors with no real issues with movement since we've been practicing with it so far. Would definitely order from this company again. Shipping and delivery was amazingly quick. I ordered it after a soccer game and it arrived before the next weekly soccer game. So I think it literally took me two days to get to my house. The company also made sure that I am satisfied with the product. Excellent corporate service.
