The battery lasts a long time; my husband watches 4-6 hours of video on YouTube in the evenings and rarely uses calls or instant messaging during the day. You can safely use it up to 0% without worrying that at 11% it will start to quickly sit down and cut off; instead, it will work quietly without being discharged at the speed of light. It charges every two days. With the specified parameters, the camera is somewhat ineffective. It will function in regular illumination without a zoom. When you zoom in, the photographs are awful. I would purchase a different model if it had a better camera and more memory with the same battery.
