Deceptive dimensions

Unlike many reviewers whose product arrived broken, mine was in excellent condition. However, product sizes are misleading. I thought I was getting 11.75 (almost feet) of vertical storage. Actual storage is 9.75 with a handle that adds another 2 inches when unfolded. Other sizes are accurate. I hope this will be the perfect storage solution for my child's many creative items. stickers, glue, etc.
