After several attempts by my husband and I to "connect" (it's counterintuitive) these wireless headphones to our mobile devices, these headphones have turned our lives around active lifestyles. Battery life is pretty good, lasting some 60 minutes before requiring a charge. After about 3 months of moderate use, the wireless range is very limited and I have to keep my mobile device inches away from a power source. It's totally inconvenient when running or walking and I can't put my mobile device down and be "hands free" with wireless headphones. I contacted the original equipment manufacturer and they determined it was a product defect but were willing to replace it as it was within the 12 month warranty. However, the product appears to have been purchased from Revain from an unauthorized retailer (El Marketplace) which voided the warranty. El Marketplace contacted me and confirmed that the product was under warranty and could be sent in for repair, but I found the information and process incredibly frustrating. All I want is to work with wireless headphones without any issues and I really don't think it's too much.
