These nursing pads were a little disappointing (ha! Nursing humor.). I LOVE the fact that unlike other reusable pads they are structured and look great under unpadded nursing bras/tank tops while still being modest without a noticeable check (just because I'm breastfeeding doesn't mean I'm not am). through my clothes, oh my god). The shape suits a small bust very well - I think they might be too bulky for a larger bust but don't mind a little help in the department. You are soft. They wash well (at least after the few washes I've put them through). But they flow. I had a few leaks on the bottom so I guess they just aren't absorbing fast enough when I'm frustrated. I am currently using them as an outer layer with one of those reusable flexible cotton fabrics as an inner layer that I can replace. So far, so good. So I haven't given up on them yet. But I don't really trust them either, so I only wear them at home.
