These are very comfortable. You can remove the pads for sleeping in them or if you just don't like pads. They are very smooth under tee shirts with no lines or bulges. I'm sure they would be great for workouts but I am a line dancer so they work perfect for me. I ordered XL because I don't like tight bras. Normally I'm a 36C. I've been looking for something that was more comfortable but these also look good on.
