Highly recommended and unbeatable for the price. *** Review update 3/20/19 *** The item is broken where it connects to the pipe coming from the wall. It seems that the seal has broken and water is spurting out in all directions and the pressure has dropped significantly. I couldn't spray the whole blanket with water so I went to my local store and bought a WaterPik to replace this one. I really liked this shower head but as the old saying goes I think you get what you pay for.
