UPDATE MAY 18, 2021: After hours of idiotic email exchanges with support, they refuse to replace this camera. They insist it must be an SD card issue, although I am using the SD card they suggested and have tried several SD cards before. The fact that you can get it working by going through the crazy start-stop-start sequence again suggests it's not a card, it's a camera, but they weren't listening. Downgrading my rating to 1 star for terrible customer service. It's basically money down the drain. I have to agree with the previous reviewer. This camera is not ready for prime time. Out of the box, she just didn't want to record a video longer than about 10 seconds. I spent two days launching a rocket thinking it was a shot and got exactly 0.0 video. After reading another reviewer's suggestion to start recording, stop recording, and then immediately start recording again, this method worked. Sounds idiotic, but it works. The WiFi connection to my Pixel 3 is not working. In most cases, it simply won't connect. In this case, the camera crashes after you start recording video. The app keeps crashing. On iOS, the situation is better for me. On my iPad, it can maintain a WiFi connection and doesn't crash the camera, but you still have to do the "start-stop-restart" trick or the video just stops recording after 10 seconds. Image quality is good, but when a device fails to fulfill its primary function without resorting to some pointless sequence, something is wrong. The fact that you can't just click the record button and get it working is a big problem.
