HER. This bow tie is amazing! Bought this to decorate a chambray jumpsuit for Easter after running out of our first Easter outfit idea. It's great quality and easily fit our almost 4 month old baby (he's big for his age, over 16lbs). Everyone gave it incredible praise and it's been around for almost 6 hours now and hasn't bothered it or needed any adjustments other than having to reinstall it from time to time. The linen look is great and if I ever need a baby bow tie again, I will fall back on it.
