I used to have a Dakine backpack that I used for everything from trips abroad to school. After many years, it's time to replace it. I bought Teton Aspen because I had a lot of experience with other Teton products like the Altos 0 Degree Mummy Bag. I was immediately impressed. The straps have enough padding to carry the heaviest items like my school books. My Pixel notepad fits perfectly in my bag, leaving room for my other stuff. The zippers are big and easy to use and there are so many compartments to put things in. Water bottles fit in and I can store my sunglasses in a special special case. I was even pleasantly surprised by the "hidden" pocket on the top flap. There are also a number of different places to hang things. I will definitely use it for my next trip abroad as I can fit almost everything I need for quick weekend trips. Thanks again Teton!
