Best In Class Customer Experience Tracking Software

The best part about this software is that it allows us to track all of our metrics with one tool.

It can be confusing for new users especially if you are coming in from another reporting system, but as long as your willing to put in some work, there isn't really anything I dislike about this program. If you are looking to create reports without many hands or resources needed to get started then GmS might just fit what you need! We use Grey Metrics exclusively at my agency because we love how easy it makes tracking everything across multiple departments so accurately. The ability to track, analyze & report customer experience (CX) is one of my favorite features that we use every day in our agency! Also have all three modules integrated with each other so it's seamless for us as well! We're able improve CX at scale by automating this process using A/B testing which was not an option before greymetricz - We can now do multi-channel experiments without having multiple staff members dedicated solely to running tests or creating reports.
