Review on πŸ–€ Black Brush Silver Christopher Knight Home Petra Iron End Table by Rebecca Bright

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good for my purpose but don't expect solid iron.

Suitable for my purpose, but don't expect a hard iron. While not listed, don't expect solid wrought iron with this purchase. The tables weigh about 10 pounds each. The metal warps easily when you tighten it with the included nuts and built-in screws. Some of the tongues were close to tensile strength so I stopped tightening them. In some cases you can't get the "section" of the leg to be flush with the table section, it's just too deformed or misaligned. They even suggest "dropping" the device on a flat surface to try and level the device. Hmm, no thanks. In my case I had marble left over from a kitchen remodel and I wanted to use it to make side tables. So I use them as a solid base for marble and they look great on patio furniture. Overall I don't think they will hold up to heavy use but with proper care they should be fine for most everyday home situations. . I wouldn't become like that for example (not that it's necessary), I'm sure they will collapse.
