Not hot enough for 9barista
Kind of a special use case but I got this specifically for making espresso in a 9barista espresso machine. It took more than 8 minutes to cook which is unacceptable. The hotplate keeps starting on its own, even at full power, which is frustrating. I come back because it's not for me. If you want the soup to stay hot or something, that's probably fine.
