At first I thought I was doing something wrong. because the machine was jammed and the threads were tangled. it turned out that the bobbin is not held by the presser feet and pops out on the go. I had to rotate the clamps almost 360 degrees under the latches on the shuttle ring. either the clips on the ring are too high, or there are no grooves in the clamps for these clips and therefore they did not hold. Now everything is fine. marriage. I had the impression that someone had already returned the machine. I won't go back, I'm used to it. it's rubbish.
