Bought a '98 Chevy G3500 van with no windows so it was first on the list. I just completed the installation and am happy to report that it works well. had to be installed on the bottom license plate holes as the license plate light will interfere with the top holes or where the camera should be. turn so that the cam points further down. Correction: I had to remove/reinstall the camera upside down on the actual mount, which allowed for more tilt and enough downward adjustment. The display also has a rotation feature, which was needed after the physical camera was flipped. I connected the brown wire (Chevy) to power the running/parking lights so it can be powered despite being in reverse. ****EDIT I immediately reconnected it to the reverse light as the light stays on when reversing when reversing. Light green cable (Chevy) for those who only want to turn on the rear camera.
