The support team is great. They were able to get me up and running quickly with our account, answered all my questions in real-time, and have been very helpful since. I like having access from home as well, so it's not always about going into the office. It's easy to set up campaigns, manage them, track results, etc. We've seen increased click-through rate (CTR) after setting up campaigns on Smurf. We haven't had any issues with our data collection or reporting; but that could be because we're just getting started. Smurf allows us to streamline our lead scoring process. Previously, we spent too much time collecting leads and then manually evaluating them against leads found on CRMs. Smurf has allowed us to automate that process, saving valuable resources.
