Only caveat: you can't regulate the temperature. The instructions would have you believe you can set up to 420 degrees, but there's no room on the unit to raise or lower the temperature. So you have to be careful. I'm not even sure what the temperature is set by the manufacturer. But I love it and it's perfect for what I need
