I use a lot of auto parts products so it doesn't take long to impress. This product is a very mild color corrector. If you have scratches deeper than paint swirls, this product is too soft when used by hand. The photo I've attached shows the C-pillars of my Focus RS painted in a very soft finish that ripples if you look at it the wrong way. Corrected the rack on the front door (left side of the photo) and did not touch the right side. I did it by hand in about 5 minutes. I have not used this product with a buff - if used correctly I suspect it will give great results. It's tempting to use a more aggressive polish than necessary; This way you will get faster results. However, your paint will then require additional restoration to bring it back to a high gloss. With a product like this and a little extra time and effort, you can achieve great results without damaging your paintwork. I didn't find the included applicator to be very high quality - it really reminded me of the Magic Eraser which is very abrasive. I would suggest a high quality microfiber for application rather than a sponge.
