wrong on most products. I'm 8/10 in regular clothes but 12/14 in dresses and I ordered size L. It actually fit GREAT and was so flattering. I'm very heavy, my stomach is my problem area. Tight and flared dresses suit me best and this dress did not disappoint! Lace created the illusion of a smooth tummy. One thing I didn't understand was that you can't wear a bra with it as the lace at the back is too low for that. The dress comes with an attached bandeau that offers modest coverage and fairly good support. There is a zipper on the side that doesn't open fully but allows you to put the dress on your chest. I got so many compliments on it and I'm about to buy another one in a different color!
